CMA CGM is seeking a Technical Product Owner for SAP SuccessFactors within the MyHR platform. You will own configuration and technical design for one or more SAP SF modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and geographies.

MyHR is the Group's SAP SuccessFactors platform. Eleven modules are live and the platform serves the entire workforce across 160 countries. As Technical Product Owner (PO), you own the configuration and the technical design of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules within MyHR, and you are accountable for a result that is optimized, efficient and in line with best practice. You sit in the Central Digital HR team and report to the Technical HRIS Manager. Requirements arrive from the functional HRIS team, and you convert them into configuration, data model changes, business rules, permissions and integration design. You are the authority on whether a requested design is compliant with SAP standard, sustainable across geographies and consistent with the rest of the platform, and you challenge requests where a stronger technical option exists. Technical design is held internally, so the configuration of your scope is yours to define. Build and run sit with the same team, so the design you decide on is the design that reaches production. The Group maintains a direct relationship with SAP, including release previews, early adopter programs and customer influence channels. Each Technical PO holds a primary scope. Scopes are individually owned and collectively aligned.
You have configured SAP SuccessFactors hands-on, with demonstrable depth in at least one of the SuccessFactors modules and experience of multi-country deployment.
You have the standing to challenge a requested design and to propose a stronger one. High-level communication ability is essential, in particular your ability to explain a technical constraint to a non-technical audience in plain language.
