A2MAC1 is seeking a skilled Product Owner to bridge business stakeholders, customers and engineering in Hary, France. You will own the product backlog, translate priorities into actionable requirements, and ensure delivery of valuable features.

You will collaborate with Product Management and development teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and help define success criteria and documentation for releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Product Owner or similar role.
• Experience with Agile software delivery.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Product Manager, stakeholders, and customers to gather and clarify business and user requirements.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items ready for development.
• Estimate and assess feature scope, complexity, dependencies, and delivery effort with the development team.
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, market trends, and roadmap objectives.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-structured, up to date, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy.
• Act as the main point of contact for product questions, providing updates on scope, priorities, progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Work closely with the development team to support timely delivery of product increments and ensure requirements are understood.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria, user needs, and expected business outcomes.
• Partner with the support team to ensure complete, accurate, and user-friendly product documentation.
• Support product releases by contributing to release notes, internal enablement, demos, and stakeholder communication.
