A leading music industry company in Paris is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support product evolution. The role involves overseeing market strategies, coordinating product launches, and enhancing communication across teams. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in product marketing, be fluent in English and French, and possess strong storytelling abilities. To support the next phase of our product evolution we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our product transversal tribe. This role is about building bridges across artists, labels and believers making sure our products are well‑positioned, understood and adopted.
You’ll be in the heart of the product organization with your hands in the craft: from sharpening positioning to drafting go‑to‑market plans, from preparing launch kits to creating narratives that elevate our products across markets. You will act as the connective tissue between product squads, Ops stakeholders, artists and labels Managers, helping them deliver impact with clarity and consistency.
This is a role for someone who thrives on both vision and execution – someone ready to roll up their sleeves, support teams day‑to‑day, train believers and elevate our product communication at scale.
In this role your main missions will be :
Build a deep understanding of artist and label products landscape to optimize value perception and understanding.
Work with local sales to understand their product challenges.
Follow and understand competition innovations.
Keep an eye on markets’ new products and features.
Drive launches and go‑to‑market
Prepare and coordinate product launches with product teams, business owners and business go‑to‑market teams.
Contribute to better launch toolkits: train teams to design and improve their own messaging presentations, FAQs and training materials—while leading by example when needed.
Ensure launches are consistent, impactful and well understood across teams by evangelizing directly the products to the sales team if needed.
Elevate transversal communication
Support the animation of product and global roadmap communication across 80 product team members and 200 in Product & Tech; 600 sales team members and C‑level suite.
Produce regular content (newsletters, decks, playbooks) that align and energize teams.
Be hands‑on
Draft design and adapt content directly (from product one‑pagers to internal Confluence pages).
Partner closely with squads to anticipate needs and provide operational support.
Step in on tactical initiatives (budget preparation, transversal OKRs, new process adoption) with a practical mindset.
Contribute to product excellence
Bring structure and clarity in the way we communicate product value.
Guard consistency of product messaging across tribes and squads and contribute to building a shared product marketing playbook.
Share best practices and contribute to the internal Product culture.
Support product marketing
Co‑design the processes and expected formats with product managers, operations and business stakeholders.
Work hand‑in‑hand with product managers and internal leaders to define positioning narratives and key value propositions.
Qualifications :

Operationally sharp
You are comfortable building decks, toolkits and content yourself. You enjoy execution as much as strategy.

You naturally create bridges between teams and thrive in a support/enablement role that makes others shine.
Experience in product marketing
You bring 36 years of experience in product marketing or go‑to‑market roles in a tech‑driven environment.
Structured and pragmatic
You are able to prioritize, simplify and deliver value even when the context is complex.
Strong communicator
Fluent in English & French, able to engage and align diverse stakeholders in both languages.
