Mirakl is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the Fulfillment roadmap for Order & Dropship, guiding end-to-end prioritization and quarterly planning. You will lead a cross-functional team across Paris and Bordeaux offices, delivering AI-powered improvements to the delivery experience and dropship infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 6-9 years in product management within e-commerce or marketplace contexts, with a strong bias for strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on AI

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of product management experience with full autonomy on roadmap and backlog.
• Proven track record in order management, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or dropship is a strong plus.
• Background in B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the Order & Dropship pillar end-to-end.
• Lead the Dropship replatforming of strategic US accounts delivering key capabilities.
• Drive the Delivery Experience roadmap: automation, visibility, carrier rates features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing to align priorities.
• Actively contribute to Mirakl PM community with AI-powered methods and tools.

The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Fulfillment Product team. The current squad consists of 7 people based in Paris and Bordeaux. Together, you'll be shaping and delivering the core fulfillment experience for Mirakl's marketplace platform - from order routing to last-mile delivery innovation. This role is a fixed-term position for 12 months (open to freelance), which requires to be based 4 days a week in our Paris or Bordeaux Office.

Your Impact

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the Order & Dropship pillar end-to-end: prioritize ruthlessly, groom one quarter ahead, and maintain a clear 6-month roadmap with a 12-month innovation horizon ;
• Lead the Dropship replatforming of strategic US accounts delivering key capabilities including Shipping Labels (paid feature) and SCAC Codes as foundational infrastructure for carrier tracking ;
• Drive the Delivery Experience roadmap : automating workflows, improving shipment visibility, unlocking access to competitive carrier rates, and delivering warehouse-level delivery promise features ;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to capture market signals, align on priorities, and bring new features successfully to market ;
• Actively contribute to Mirakl's PM community by championing AI-powered methods and tools ;

What you'll bring to the role

Experience

• 6-9 years of experience in product management, with full autonomy on roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Proven track record in order management, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or dropship is a strong plus
• Background in B2B SaaS is a plus

• Ability to make tough prioritization calls and say no when needed
• Strong product vision with a genuine drive to innovate on your scope
• Hands-on approach to AI: not just curious, but eager to ship AI-powered solutions in production
