Product Manager – Logistics Digital (Alternance)

Contract: Alternance. Location: Lille (Jardin des Plantes). 12 days of teleworking per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials using CMS; coordinate with Product Managers to keep content up to date.
• Create a central hub site for digital logistics information, providing visibility of vision, strategy, roadmap and key contacts.
• Redesign the knowledge hub website to improve navigation and search performance.
• Conduct user research for key e‑commerce products such as Ship'it and Twist to shape the best user experience.
• Support Product Managers in identifying product metrics, tracking usage, and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineering teams to align documentation with continuous technical changes.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Master in Commerce, Engineering, or University studies with a specialization in Digital Product Management.
• Proficiency with documentation and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong interest in Generative AI and curiosity about implementing LLM solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Empathy for users; ability to visit warehouses and understand teammates’ needs.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts in clear guides.
