Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Master in Commerce, Engineering, or University studies with a specialization in Digital Product Management.
• Proficiency with documentation and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong interest in Generative AI and curiosity about implementing LLM solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts in clear guides.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials using CMS.
• Create a central hub site for digital logistics information.
• Redesign the knowledge hub website to improve navigation.
• Conduct user research for key e-commerce products.
• Support Product Managers in identifying product metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align documentation.
