Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a Product Manager – Digital Workplace to lead strategic initiatives and shape tools, platforms, and self-service capabilities enabling secure, seamless work across the group. You will own the product vision, manage a squad of Product Owners, and coordinate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Hospitality Tech, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in Product Management or Digital Workplace, strong MS 365 expertise, and

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management or Digital Workplace
• Strong understanding of device management and provisioning (Intune Autopilot, Cloud PC)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools (Saviynt, OneIdentity)
• Ability to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and deliver user-centric solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement in a global, matrixed environment

Responsabilités

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for Digital Workplace solutions
• Lead a squad and mentor Product Owners to ensure prioritisation and delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, Infra, Hospitality Tech, vendors)
• Drive strategic Digital Workplace programs with clear scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure governance, licensing optimization, and secure-by-design practices
