EfficientIP is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and success of DDI solutions within a cross-functional team. You will translate user needs and business objectives into prioritized plans, ensuring delivery of secure, high-impact, value-driven products.

You will collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to align product features with enterprise objectives, manage the backlog, and drive ROI across cloud, networking, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10 years of IT experience including 3-5 years in Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise software environment.
• Experience in telecommunications or networking is a plus.
• Proven experience managing a product or major feature end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Experience with network infrastructure products, network services management, or DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solutions is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of networking infrastructure, cloud technologies, automation, and cybersecurity is required.
• Knowledge of DNS and DHCP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Defines and communicates the product vision aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manages roadmap content; updates with competition, customer feedback, constraints and exogenous events.
• Writes functional specs and validates with the team; tracks debt for future iteration.
• Builds selling strategy with CRO and CFO; documents build and support costs to aid decisions; assess value and ROI.
• Performs product demos; helps reproduce issues or POC topologies; documents environment of the product.
• Helps R&D teams on product development and testing phases, mainly through the PO.
• Manages relationships with internal teams (marketing, sales, delivery, support, training, excom/board) and external customers (partners and TAM customers, prospects, analysts).
