• Strong understanding of networking infrastructure, cloud technologies, and automation.

Description

The R&D team, product managers, developers, technical writers and QA team, is based in HQ France. A team composed of technology enthusiasts who enjoy working in agility in a constantly evolving world.

At EfficientIP, Developers take part in all the phases of development of new features : from the design phase to the final release of the new software version. Therefore, in addition to the R&D team, you may also be required to discuss with the Marketing, Delivery, Training and Customer Solution Engineer teams in order to be as close as possible to the user experience and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• As a System Software Developer, you will bring your experience and knowledge to the creation of innovative, robust and responsive features.
• You will support the software business (DNS/DHCP services) as well as the environment on which it is installed (firewall, logs), both for the maintenance of the existing and for innovation.
• In full collaboration with the other developers, your role will be to challenge and improve the existing architecture and code and propose refactoring in order to improve it.

Experience & Background

• 10 years of experience in System Software Development, ideally within a software company.
• Master's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience with network infrastructure products, network services management, or DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solutions is a strong advantage. Experience in enterprise software is essential.
• Strong understanding of networking infrastructure, cloud technologies, and automation
• Knowledge of DNS and DHCP is a plus.
