Mistral is seeking a Product Manager for the Context team to define and build the foundation for how AI agents access, interact with, and leverage context, data, tools, platforms, and environments. You will bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with real-world usability, ensuring agents are capable and integrated into Mistral’s product ecosystem.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, research, design, and business to align stakeholders around a shared vision while driving execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience with agentic AI, context engineering, data platforms and semantic layers.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Define and evangelize a clear product strategy for our Context & Search platform, aligning with company goals.
• Lead market and UX research to identify unmet needs, gaps, and trends in enterprise AI.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, balancing speed, quality, and user-centric design.
• Collaborate with design and research teams to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences refined by data and feedback.
• Drive go-to-market efforts, including pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies with marketing and sales.
• Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines for seamless execution.
• Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers quick wins while advancing long-term strategic bets.
