You will manage timelines, resources, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure market fit and successful delivery, interfacing with R&D, engineering, sales and program teams.

The role requires a strong technical background and proven leadership to drive tenders and projects to completion in a demanding defense environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial experience in defense systems or related fields is highly desirable.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams through complex product lifecycles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage product delivery timelines and milestones.
• Customer and product orientation with focus on market needs.
• Experience translating requirements into technically feasible design.
