Pelico is seeking a Product Manager - Solutions to turn aerospace and manufacturing problems into AI-native, repeatable products. You will operate at the intersection of discovery, strategy, AI-first workflows, product capabilities, and go-to-market readiness.

You will help identify high-value operational problems across customers, translate them into scalable products, and work with Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, Sales, and customers to bring those products to market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management in Enterprise B2B SaaS transforming complex problems into product capabilities.
• Strong AI product sensibility: agents, copilots, automation, and decision support.
• Ability to learn complex operations, map workflows, and identify high-value opportunities.
• Experience with products for large enterprise customers and adoption/change management.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the product vision for one or more lines, defining problems, users, and measurable value.
• Turn pain points into scalable product capabilities and reusable requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Ops, Sales, and customers to ship repeatable products.
• Design flows that blend human expertise with automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Map pilots to scalable deployments and shape pilots into GTM assets.
• Anchor decisions in outcomes like efficiency, risk detection, and adoption.
