Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Product Manager for the Kimchi AI Coding Platform based in France. Shape an emerging AI coding platform, driving 0→1 initiatives across AI coding, agents, inference, and governance, withclose collaboration w/ engineering, design, customers, and GTM teams.

You will define outcomes, ship validated opportunities, and drive adoption post-launch in a remote-first, fast-paced environment. Equity and learning budgets offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning software products end-to-end at a Senior Product Manager level.
• Strong 0→1 product management experience, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, greenfield, rapidly changing environments.
• Strong product judgment and problem-selection skills for prioritization.
• Excellent customer discovery skills to uncover underlying problems.
• Strong analytical capabilities combining qualitative insights, data, market signals, and technical constraints.
• Experience working with highly technical engineering teams and curiosity about complex systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, simplifying complex topics.
• Bias toward experimentation and evidence-based decision-making.
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and changing direction.

Responsabilités

• Explore customer needs, usage data, and market signals to identify high-value problems.
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into clearly defined problems, hypotheses, and experiments.
• Lead 0→1 product development from discovery through validation, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Design efficient validation methods to prove customer value.
• Make prioritization decisions based on evidence, data, and constraints.
• Partner with engineering and design to shape solutions and trade-offs.
• Define customer and business outcomes and establish success metrics.
• Remain accountable after launch by monitoring adoption and opportunities for improvement.
• Create concise product narratives and documentation to align teams around priorities.
