Job summary

Parallel is building an AI-native solution for hospitals and health systems. We seek a second Product Manager to help shape the product from discovery through delivery, partnering with the CEO, CTO, engineering, and customers to reduce hospital burnout and unlock revenue using AI.

You will own parts of the roadmap, translate real-world needs into clear specifications, and measure success by impact on operations and revenue. Join a founding team making healthcare more efficient with AI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with AI products.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information.
• Strong communication with users and customers to shape the product.

You’ll join a small founding team and work directly with the CEO, CTO, engineering, and customers to shape this product.

Your mission

As our second Product Manager, you will:

• Own part of the product roadmap from problem discovery to delivery and iteration
• Work directly with hospital stakeholders (DIM, DSI, DAF, end-users) to deeply understand workflows and pain points
• Translate real-world hospital needs into clear product specs and priorities
• Partner closely with engineering to ship fast, make tradeoffs, and iterate in production
• Define success metrics and ensure features drive real customer and business impact
• Bring field insights (sales, operations) back into product decisions

• Features that meaningfully reduce hospital burnout
• Product used daily by hospitals
• Roadmap aligned with real user needs
• Measurable impact on customer operations and revenue

You are:

This job is for you if:

• You have 3+ years of experience in Product Management (B2B SaaS), ideally on AI products
• You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information
• You enjoy talking directly to users and customers and letting that shape the product
• You can translate technical constraints and AI capabilities into user value
• You're willing to jump from discovery interviews to specs to production reviews in the same day
• You're excited about being a founding PM, with ownership, responsibility, and accountability
