Job description

Want to boost your career at the intersection of AI, science and industry?

Our mission: help bring therapies to patients faster.

How: Biolevate builds AI-powered software that turns unstructured scientific data into reliable, collaborative workflows for medical writing and regulatory work. Our platform helps scientists, clinicians and medical writers move faster while maintaining the rigor their work requires.

Who: Biolevate brings together people with very different areas of expertise. Alongside full-stack engineers and AI specialists, we have people with deep scientific, clinical and medical writing expertise across the company. This mix is important to how we build: product decisions often require understanding both the technology and the scientific work behind it.

About the role

You will join a product team currently made up of 2 Product designers and 1 Product manager, with a Product Marketing Manager joining soon.

This is a classic PM role in terms of ownership: you will own products and features from discovery through delivery and iteration.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Understand users and their workflows. Run discovery with internal and external users to understand their needs, constraints and day-to-day workflows, and turn that understanding into useful product solutions.
  • Shape the product. Work closely with designers and our full-stack and AI teams to explore solutions, make trade-offs, scope projects and write clear specifications.
  • Drive delivery. Lead projects through development, keep teams aligned, make sure the right decisions are made along the way, and maintain a high bar for quality.
  • Bring the product to users. Work with PMM and GTM to make sure launches are well communicated internally and externally, and that what we build actually reaches the people it is meant for.

What makes this role different:

Biolevate is young. The product is complex, evolving quickly, and there is still a lot to figure out.

That means the job is not about applying an established product playbook to a mature product. You will regularly have to understand problems that do not have obvious answers, explore several approaches, and make decisions with incomplete information.

We are also still building the way we work. Some processes are established, others are not. We try tools and ways of working, keep what works and change what does not. There is room to influence not just what we build, but also how the product team operates.

Who you are

We do not have a fixed seniority requirement, whether you have worked in product for 1 year or 5 years matters less to us than how you think, work and learn.

You will need to be:

  • Highly organised, because you will be responsible for driving several projects and keeping people aligned.
  • Creative, because user problems rarely come with an obvious solution.
  • Curious, because you will work with very different profiles and you will need to understand enough of each world to make good decisions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, because the product, processes and even some of the problems we are solving are still taking shape.
  • A strong communicator, able to make complex topics clear and keep teams aligned without unnecessary process.

Experience with complex B2B products, AI-powered products involving human/AI collaboration, or life sciences / pharma / healthcare is a plus.

What we offer

At Biolevate, you will be part of a dynamic, international team shaping the future of drug discovery and medical innovation. We combine deep science, cutting-edge AI, and internal research to deliver real-world impact. Join us to build a global brand with purpose and grow in a high-trust, high-growth environment with a compelling package that includes stock options.

  • Attractive Financial Package: We offer a compelling package, which includes a competitive salary and stock options, that recognizes your skills and experience, ensuring you feel valued for your contributions to our innovative projects.
  • Private Office: Station F , the world’s largest startup campus, in Paris.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: We support work-life balance with flexible working hours and options for remote or hybrid work arrangements, understanding the value of flexibility in today's dynamic world.
  • Collaborative & International Culture: Experience a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. We value each team member’s contribution and encourage sharing ideas and feedback.
  • Authentic Team Culture: We value authenticity and benevolence. Our diverse background make us stronger, and we enjoy building real connections through team moments like dinners, sport sessions, offsites, and shared experiences.
Application process
  • Initial screen. A short call to talk through your background and the role.
  • Product exercise. A practical exercise to see how you think and give you a sense of the kind of challenges you could work on in the role.
  • Founders interviews. Conversations with the founders to go deeper. You can, if you want, visit us in Station F to meet people from other teams and get a better sense of the people and environment you would be joining.
  • Offer.
