HomeExchange recherche un Product Designer pour rejoindre son équipe à Paris. Vous guiderez l’expérience utilisateur de bout en bout, depuis la découverte jusqu’au hosting et au-delà, en plaçant l’empathie et le craft au cœur du produit.

Vous collaborerez avec PM, ingénieurs et data scientists pour faire évoluer Panorama, notre design system, et intégrer l’IA au quotidien avec un bon sens du produit et de la communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ années d’expérience dans le design numérique et l’expédition de produits.
• Maîtrise du design UX/visuel et des systèmes, souci du craft.
• Expérience avec les design systems et la création de motifs cohérents.

Responsibilities

• Concevoir des expériences de bout en bout pour le parcours membre (recherche, hosting, voyage).
• Faire évoluer Panorama, notre design system, et assurer une cohérence à l’échelle de HomeExchange.
• Travailler avec PM, ingénieurs et data scientists pour prioriser les solutions et l’impact.

Our Product Design team plays a key role in shaping this experience, turning complex journeys into simple, delightful moments for millions of travelers across the globe.As a Product Designer, you’ll be involved in every stage of the product development process, from discovery to launch, crafting solutions that are intuitive, accessible and impactful for our international community.
