Join us as a Manager Product Designer to transform our Customer Lifecycle design team into a high‑performing unit that sets the quality standard across Qonto's 80+ design organization. You'll lead the evolution of critical user experiences—starting with our registration flow redesign—while building a team that ambitious designers aspire to join.

As a Manager Product Designer, you'll work closely with Julien Hillion, our Head of Product Design, and directly impact business growth by driving acquisition through improved product design. The systems and standards you establish will influence how design quality is delivered across our platform serving 500,000+ customers, while your leadership will shape the next generation of design talent at Qonto.

⭐ As a Product Design Manager, you will
  • Manage a team of 5+ designers, raise the bar on craft and delivery, and establish practices others benchmark against.
  • Define and uphold craft standards and growth paths for the team.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end design lifecycle from discovery to high‑quality delivery.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to influence product strategy and ensure execution excellence.
  • Hire and develop talent to build a team that ambitious designers aspire to join.

Julien has over a decade of experience across finance, technology, and healthcare.

About you
  • You thrive in challenging environments, take pride in craft excellence, and develop teams that push boundaries. You lead by example, make clear decisions, and hold a high bar for quality.
  • 5–8 years in Product Design, including 2–4 years leading or managing designers.
  • Proven experience managing design teams in fintech, B2B, or similarly complex domains, with strong project references.
  • Track record of developing designers, building autonomous teams, and making decisive performance and craft calls.
  • Language: Fluent English; French, Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus.
