Job summary

HomeExchange is seeking a Product Designer to shape intuitive, accessible experiences for millions of travelers. You will join a cross-functional team of designers, PMs and engineers, contributing to a high-quality product that connects people through home exchanges.

In this role you’ll own discovery through launch, collaborate across disciplines, and evolve Panorama while leveraging AI and design systems to deliver trustworthy, delightful experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Expertise in UX, visual design and systems thinking with strong craft.
• Experience with design systems and scalable patterns.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and storytelling to align teams.
• Hands-on with Figma and Claude AI; experience with Notion and Slack.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Based in Paris with remote work options.

Job description

At HomeExchange, our mission is to make home swapping the go-to way of travelling worldwide. Our Product Design team plays a key role in shaping this experience, turning complex journeys into simple, delightful moments for millions of travelers across the globe.

As a Product Designer, you’ll be involved in every stage of the product development process, from discovery to launch, crafting solutions that are intuitive, accessible and impactful for our international community. You’ll help us design features that inspire trust, foster connections and make home exchanging effortless.

You’ll join a collaborative team of designers, product managers and engineers who all share the same goal: building a high-quality product that delivers value to our members while pushing the boundaries of what design can do.

What are we looking for

• Strong expertise in UX, visual design and systems thinking, with real care for quality and craft.

• Experience working with design systems and contributing to scalable, consistent patterns.

• Ability to simplify complex problems and turn ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions.

• Clear communication and storytelling skills to align teams, share knowledge and seek feedback early.

• Hands‑on experience with Figma and AI tools like Claude (we also use Notion and Slack every day).

• Professional proficiency in French and English.

• Based in Paris, with remote work options.

• 45 min onsite interview with Charles-Édouard │ Co-founder to discuss vision, culture and ambition.

• 30 min onsite coffee with the Design team, an informal chat to meet your future teammates and ask them anything.
