Revolut is looking for a Product Designer to join their team in France. In this role, you will shape experiences that power Revolut and design products that solve real problems for users.

You will collaborate across Design, Engineering, and Data to achieve successful results and enhance features that customers love. Ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio and be passionate about UX and product strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in designing world-class commercial apps in-house.

About the Role

The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needs
• Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success
• Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features
• Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire‑framing to designing end‑to‑end flows and prototypes
• Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
• Implementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviews
• Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in designing world‑class commercial apps in‑house
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
• Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
• The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions
• A solid understanding of technical implications in their design decisions
• The ability to take ownership of design processes
• A focus on UX and an understanding of human behaviour
• Clean visual design sense
• Skills in typography and grids
• A love for problem‑solving and to be challenged

Nice to have

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field
• Experience programming and the ability to code simple prototypes
• Experience designing and maintaining cross‑platform design systems
• Experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment
