Reporting to a Product Design Lead, you will play a key role in a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and product managers, helping shape the future of our products and experiences. You will also have a solid foundation in UI and interaction design, enabling you to craft intuitive, effective, and cohesive experiences across our suite of products. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, you will help translate complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver value for both users and the business.

  • Collaborate across disciplines with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problem spaces, uncover customer needs, and design solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to and support the execution of our product strategy across the entire portfolio.
  • Facilitate workshops to align team intent around business and customer goals, distilling outputs into actionable design artifacts.

  • Ensure holistic consistency across the customer journey, designing with high‑level user goals and brand guidelines at heart.
  • Deliver coherent and effective experiences, ensuring solutions directly address the problem at hand and resonate with our brand identity.
  • Partner closely with engineering to provide clear, well‑understood design specifications and support the implementation process.
  • Explore broad design routes by creating provocations and prototypes that push boundaries and help us evolve and build better products.
  • Bring strong visual and interaction craft to your work, designing thoughtful micro‑interactions, intuitive user flows, and scalable information architectures.
  • Elevate our visual craft by delivering high‑fidelity designs, sophisticated layouts, and polished UI components that set a high bar for quality.
  • Operate with high autonomy, driving impactful team output with minimal oversight.
  • Contribute to our design system, helping to shape and scale it so new products launch cohesively and existing ones evolve gracefully.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience working within product teams as a Product Designer.
  • A formal degree isn't required, but your depth of knowledge is equivalent to a BA/BSc/MA in HCI, Information Systems, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • You foster an environment of continuous, constructive feedback and mutual support.
  • You are a strong UI/Visual designer who is equally comfortable and capable of navigating the end‑to‑end UX process.
  • Sharp eye for typography, color, grids, and layout, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional visual polish and UI execution.
  • Demonstrate your process, solutions, and expected outcomes using a data‑informed, evidence‑based approach.
  • Know how to select and develop the right prototyping methods to de‑risk ideas at the right time.
  • Hands‑on experience designing for web or native platforms, ideally within a platform business or e‑commerce environment.
  • Working knowledge of and experience contributing to full‑stack design systems.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI‑powered tools to increase the speed, quality, and scale of your design work.
  • Willing to travel to other corporate offices when required.
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Previous experience working on high‑traffic, large‑scale consumer products is a plus.
Benefits
  • Health insurance for the whole family, flexible working environment and well‑being support and tools.
  • Extra days off, sabbatical program and days for you to give back for the community.
