In Tandem in Paris is seeking a Product Data Scientist to bring rigorous behavior analysis and predictive modeling to how our apps understand and serve millions of family interactions across OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, and FamilyWall.

You will build models powering personalized in-app experiences, develop churn and activation predictors, and own end-to-end experimentation and deployment using Databricks and AWS with Claude Code interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL skills with production experience.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS.
• Proven track record shipping predictive models in production.
• Experience with subscription or consumer-app metrics (LTV, churn, retention).
• Demonstrated ability to design and run A/B tests and causal analyses.

Responsabilités

• Ship models powering personalized in-app experiences based on real-time behavior and context.
• Develop churn, retention, activation, and segmentation models for product teams.
• Partner with Finance on cohort-level forecasts, pricing, and revenue sensitivity analyses.
• Train, deploy, and monitor models in Databricks and AWS; use Claude Code as the interface.
• Own end-to-end experimentation and causal rigor from framing questions to reporting results.
