CAILabs is seeking a Configuration Management Engineer to join the Systems Engineering team and oversee configuration control across the product lifecycle. You will ensure consistency across baselines, versions and changes while collaborating with Engineering, Industrial Operations and Support Functions.

Reporting to the Head of Systems Engineering, you will define and implement CM rules, drive adoption across functions, and coordinate product change processes, including ECRs, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Define and implement configuration management rules and processes.
• Drive the adoption and application of these rules across the relevant functions.
• Ensure consistency across the Sales, Design, Manufactured and Maintained product baselines and repositories.
• Manage product versions, baselines and product instances.
• Lead product change processes, including Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
• Lead and coordinate impact analyses related to product changes and evolutions.
• Deploy and maintain the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
• Ensure consistency and effective interfaces between design and production repositories.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency and ongoing maintenance of technical databases related to product configuration.
