Job summary

Air Apps (Lisbon office) is seeking a Product Analyst to analyze internal and external products, identify new functionalities, and provide data-driven insights to improve user experience. This fully onsite role offers in-person collaboration and relocation support.

You will work with cross-functional teams to interpret product performance, optimize features, and guide strategic decisions with actionable recommendations. Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics, BI, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistics.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Strong communication to present insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance features based on data.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate new functionalities and improve engagement.
• Provide actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks in user flows and product performance.
