Job summary

Air Apps is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze and interpret data to drive business insights and optimize product performance. You will create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to help teams make informed decisions and improve user experience.

This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience with visualization tools to turn complex data into actionable insights. It is fully onsite at our Lisbon hub, with relocation support available to help you join

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI/GDS).
• Strong analytical skills with Python or R.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistics.
• Experience with analytics tools (GA/Mixpanel/Amplitude).
• Experience with large datasets and cloud warehouses (BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake).
• Familiarity with ETL and data pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and key metrics.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Collect, clean, and structure large datasets.
• Define and track KPIs for marketing, product, and business.
• Work with SQL, Python, or R to extract and analyze data.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis.
• Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and funnels.
• Present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay up to date with analytics trends and tools.
