Euronext is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Assets to lead client-facing product initiatives for equities and trading. Based in Paris or London, you will own the client journey from onboarding to go-live, collaborating with Sales and the trading product team to define scope and roadmap.

You bring 10+ years in product management for equity/derivatives or crypto trading, a track record of shipping client-valued features, and a strong comfort with data, APIs, and B2B platforms.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Product Manager, Digital Assets to join the Digital Assets team, part of Equities & Trading. The position will be based in Paris or London, and start begining of January. You will report to the Chief Product Officer - Digital Assets.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Winning and growing our first broker and fintech clients
• Finding out what brokers and fintechs value, and why they pick one provider over another
• Testing ideas with clients through prototypes, with engineering involved from day one, before we build
• Agreeing the product scope and roadmap with our trading product manager, who owns the trading platform, while you own the client-facing product
• Shaping the client journey, from onboarding to go-live, and the offer, together with Sales
• Shipping in small increments, and measuring adoption, integration time, volumes and revenue
• Helping build the team and decide how we work

Your profile:

• Ten or more years in product management for equity, derivatives or crypto trading products, gained at a fintech, neobroker, brokerage-API provider or crypto exchange
• A track record of finding what clients value and shipping it
• A clear view of why clients choose one brokerage or crypto platform over another
• Comfort with data and with APIs or B2B platforms
• Fluency in English
• Experience with tokenised assets, stablecoins or crypto is a plus, even just as a user
