Procurement Lead – Offshore EPC Projects

Acteon Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee procurement and subcontracting for EPC/EPCI projects from its Paris (and Woking) offices on a 12-month basis. You will lead supplier engagement, bid evaluations, and delivery assurance to ensure equipment and services are available when required.

Working closely with Package Managers and Engineering Leads, you will develop procurement plans, manage RFIs/RFQs/ITTs, issue purchase orders, and drive schedule and budget adherence

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering procurement activities on EPC/EPCI projects.
• Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, and equipment packages.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, and delivery processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the project procurement plan.
• Identify procurement requirements from engineering and package teams.
• Develop and maintain procurement schedules, identifying long-lead and critical-path items.
• Prepare and issue RFIs, RFQs and ITTs as applicable.
• Coordinate technical and commercial bid evaluations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and consolidate bidder inputs to support bid evaluations.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Manage procurement activities from requisition through to final delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual commitments.
• Provide procurement progress reports and schedule updates.
• Ensure procurement activities align with project priorities.
