Your Work Environment

We are seeking a strategic, visionary, based in Paris, and results-oriented Procurement Director, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, to lead and elevate our procurement function across global operations. This role demands a deep understanding of the luxury fashion ecosystem, a passion for quality and innovation, as well as a commitment to upholding the brand\'s values. The Director will be responsible for crafting and executing a best-in-class procurement strategy that aligns with our brand\'s identity, drives supplier excellence, ensures cost optimization without compromising quality, and supports our ambitious growth and sustainability objectives.

The role also includes the Facility Management leadership to be responsible for the overall strategy for maintenance and operation of all retail store locations and corporate buildings. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained, providing a positive experience for customers, employees, and visitors. The Director will lead a team of facility professionals and manage vendor relationships to optimize facility performance, minimize costs, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Lead a purchasing team with unparalleled market expertise across diverse categories, by ensuring that CELINE remains at the forefront of industry trends and innovation.
• Serve as a strategic business partner, providing critical insights and recommendations to enable CELINE to maintain its competitive edge and market leadership.
• Drive continuous optimization in all cost structures, from products (Cost of Goods) to Architecture, Image, IT, logistics, and all other indirect categories, with a focus on measurable savings targets.
• Work closely with Finance team to find alternative processes and breakthrough ideas to optimize budget.
• Cultivate collaborative, long-term relationships with suppliers to co-create value, foster innovation, and ensure the highest standards of quality and exclusivity, reflecting CELINE's brand promise.
• Guarantee unwavering compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, treating all suppliers fairly and equitably and championing responsible sourcing practices.
• Actively contribute to CELINE's commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and promoting sustainable practices throughout the supply chain, setting ambitious targets for environmental performance.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures for both retail and corporate environment.
• Manage a team of facility managers, technicians, and support staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
• Develop and manage the annual facility budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.

Profile

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 10 years in a global leadership role within the luxury fashion or related industries.
• Proven experience in facility management is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with high-end materials and suppliers is essential.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with creative teams.
• Strong track record of strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier relationship management within a luxury brand context.
• Proven ability to navigate the complexities of global supply chains and manage cultural differences.
• Fluency in English & French, Italian is a plus.
• A genuine appreciation for the brand and its heritage.
