Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking an apprentice to join the Procurement team at the start of 2027. You will audit software stacks, plan renewals, and support vendor negotiations under senior guidance, helping to track synergies and cost optimization.

The role requires a Master’s in Purchasing/Procurement or IT Management and a passion for SaaS contracting, with strong English communication and autonomous working style. Hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree ( Bac+4 / Bac+5 ) in Purchasing, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or IT Management.
• Strong grasp of SaaS commercial models, licensing metrics, and standard contractual clauses or enthusiasm to learn them.
• Clear communication, analytical rigor with tools like Excel/Slides, and an interest in commercial negotiations.
• Proactive, structured, and able to work autonomously.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in auditing existing software stacks to spot duplicates, redundancies, and integration opportunities.
• Prepare renewal schedules and contract rationalization roadmaps with IT and business teams.
• Participate in negotiations and contract renewals with SaaS providers under guidance of senior team members.
• Review contract terms, benchmark market pricing, and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Track cost optimization metrics, contractual milestones, and post-integration synergy targets; prepare dashboards and reports.
