• Update price lists and monitor open purchase orders.
• Assist in supplier sourcing and RFQ/tender processes.
• Contribute to supplier panel management and data integrity.
• Help ensure purchasing compliance and document control.

Position Summary

As part of the continued development of our Purchasing Department, we are looking for an apprentice to support the team in its daily activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

You will be involved in a variety of strategic tasks at the heart of the company's operations.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing Administration and Management
• Manage purchasing documentation: price lists, purchase orders, and order acknowledgements (OAs)
• Update pricing information and monitor open purchase orders
• Review order acknowledgements (prices, lead times, references)
• Supplier Sourcing and Relationship Management
• Participate in the launch of RFQs/tenders and follow up on supplier consultations
• Contribute to the development and management of the supplier panel (direct, indirect, and international suppliers)
• Purchasing Compliance and Data Management
• Monitor product origin declarations (EUR1 certificates)
• Manage supplier non-conformity credit notes
• Continuous Improvement
• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing purchasing processes

Occasional travel within France will be required.

Responsibilities will gradually evolve based on the apprentice's level of autonomy and progress throughout the training program.

Required Qualifications

• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of, or strong interest in, ERP systems (ideally Oracle)
• Interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence
• Professional level of English required
