X-FAB France's Yield Enhancement Department, Integration team, seeks a Process Integration Engineer (m/f/x) to design and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to meet performance, yield and reliability requirements.

Responsibilities include tech qualification of mask stack processes during transfers, monitoring process sequences, ensuring manufacturability and on-time delivery, and documenting parameters with Control Plans and FMEAs, plus supporting quality and corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the technical qualification of a mask stack manufacturing process as part of a technology or technology option transfer or development project.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing process sequences for a product, technology, or technology option.
• Ensure product functionality, manufacturability, competitiveness, on-time delivery, yield, and quality.
• Establish and maintain the associated documentation, including critical parameter definitions, Process Flows, Control Plans, FMEAs, and related documents.
• Proactively contribute to yield, performance, and manufacturability improvement initiatives.
• Validate process and/or equipment changes, as well as qualification plans, upon request from Process Engineers.
• Support the Quality Department in managing process excursions and customer returns by providing technical support, participating in 8D investigations and MRB activities, ensuring communication, and coordinating action plans through implementation of corrective actions.
• Promote process standardization across the various technologies under your responsibility.
• Contribute to the execution of activities within your technological scope as part of technology and product development projects.

Within the Yield Enhancement Department at X-FAB France, the Integration team is looking for a new Process Integration Engineer (m/f/x).

As a Process Integration Engineer (m/f/x), you will design and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to meet product performance, quality, yield, and reliability requirements.
