Henley & Partners - The Firm of Global Citizens® is seeking a Private Client Advisor to drive new business growth through relationships with intermediaries, family offices, private banks, and wealth managers. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion, building a robust pipeline and delivering tailored residence and citizenship planning solutions to high-net-worth clients worldwide.

Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, consultative sales, client acquisition, or similar revenue-generating role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent commercial experience.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and other business development activities.
• Develop and convert a pipeline of high-net-worth clients for residence and citizenship planning services.
• Build and maintain relationships with intermediary partners, professional advisors, family offices, private banks, wealth managers, lawyers, tax advisors, and other referral sources.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through consultation, proposal, and conversion.
• Conduct consultative client meetings to understand objectives and recommend solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and maintain follow-up throughout complex sales processes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while keeping CRM records up to date.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and operations globally to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Nurture long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
