Farfetch is seeking an Associate Project Manager - Privacy to join the Legal, Ethics & Compliance team in Porto. You will help ensure compliance with global data protection standards, implement privacy procedures, and demonstrate accountability across the group.

You will drive privacy initiatives with Legal, Security, Product and Business teams, manage multiple projects, and guide teams through DPIAs while keeping privacy policies up to date.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, IT, or related field.
• Experience in project management, delivery, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with privacy, data protection, or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication; able to influence diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional privacy initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Partner with Legal, Security, Product, and Business teams to implement initiatives.
• Own multiple projects, balance priorities, and mitigate risks.
• Design and implement scalable privacy framework and DPIA processes.
• Maintain records of processing activities and ensure policy alignment.
• Build dashboards and KPIs with the DPO to track progress and risks.
• Support DSAR management and leverage privacy tools for efficiency.
