That is where you come in.
Youâll work at the intersection of privacy, AI, health, product, and innovationâcontributing to Alan's position on opportunities and risks as early as the strategy and roadmapping stage. With tens of features or completely new services that can involve novel uses of health data being discussed or launched every couple of months, youâll need to find radical shortcuts and paint the bigger picture behind individual ideas.

Youâll be a key contributor to Alan's privacy and product compliance program and an owner of its operational implementation.
Your key goal will be to scale our distributed and transparent Legal function across the full breadth of our productâcreating frameworks, automations, and training resources that empower the team to make sound decisions autonomously. Rather than being a gatekeeper, you'll be a business-enabler who helps the entire organization think about health, privacy and regulation proactively. Youâll help position Alan as a thought leader in healthcare innovation, contributing to industry discussions, engaging with regulators proactively. Your work will influence not just Alan's approach, but how the broader healthcare industry thinks about balancing innovation with regulation in health.
