Clinical Intelli-Print, LLC, located in Oaks, PA, is seeking a Print Production Specialist who can step into multiple print production roles to support the team. The role involves reviewing files, setting up printing parameters, and producing proofs and PDFs for approval.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (some college preferred) and 2+ years in a high-volume print shop, with strong attention to detail and solid communication skills. Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Two or more years' experience in a high-volume copy or print shop.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
• Digital printing workflow and related technologies; Microsoft Office and desktop publishing.

Responsabilités

• Assist and/or fill in to support Project Coordinator.
• Review client files early for potential issues; review files and convert formats as needed.
• Use prepress software to set up printing parameters and provide production instructions.
• Create PDF or proof samples for approval.
• Assist with proofreading.
• Assist as Print Technician: paper cutting, scoring, drilling, trimming, and maintaining equipment.
• Assist and/or fill in bindery work: set up, operate and maintain bindery equipment.
• Hand assembly: perform repetitive tasks with focus on detail.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping duties as needed.

Print Production Specialist

Location: Oaks, PA

Position Summary

This person must be able to step into any print production role to support or fill in as needed. We offer a competitive salary based on experience.

Job Functions And Responsibilities

• Assist and/or fill in to support Project Coordinator.
• At the earliest point, review client files for potential issues, Review the electronic files and convert the formats as necessary.
• Utilize the appropriate prepress software to establish the order, set up the parameters for printing and provide the system with all production instructions and details.
• Responsible for creating PDF or proof samples for approval.
• Assist with Proof reading.
• Assist and/or fill in as Print Technician, perform all typical tasks required, paper cutting, scoring, drilling, padding, maintenance.
• Assist and/or fill in for bindery work, set up, operate and maintain all bindery equipment.
• Assist and/or fill in hand assembly, must have the ability to work on repetitive tasks and keep focus on all details for both complex and simple work.
• Assist and/or fill in with fulfillment, packing and shipping duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• Two or more years experience in a high volume copy or print shop.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus.
• Digital printing workflow and related technologies, Microsoft Office, and desktop publishing and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Strong Verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong PC aptitude.
