Infosys in Toulouse, France seeks a Principal PLM Functional Architect to lead transformation programs focused on business processes, product lifecycle workflows, and functional design across PLM platforms, especially 3DEXPERIENCE and Siemens Teamcenter.

The role bridges business, engineering and IT, translating requirements into architectures, data models, and process designs that enable PLM-enabled end-to-end processes and aligned operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of experience in PLM consulting, functional architecture, or implementation.
• Strong expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE and/or Siemens Teamcenter.
• Experience in business process design and PLM delivery.
• Ability to engage business and technical stakeholders effectively.

Responsabilités

• Define end-to-end functional architecture for enterprise PLM implementations.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Own functional artifacts including business process flows, capability models, and data structures.
• Lead as-is / to-be process mapping and transformation design.
• Define target operating models supported by PLM solutions.
• Drive adoption of standard PLM capabilities vs customization.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure integration designs meet business needs.
