Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a senior Data Science & AI leader to design, deploy and operate ML and GenAI solutions across the group. Reporting to the SVP, you will shape the AI architecture and drive scalable, observable platforms that impact customer experience and hotel operations.

You will mentor teams, run POCs, collaborate with data, platform and product teams, and promote best practices in MLOps, prompt engineering and AI governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including work with deep learning, generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven track record of designing, deploying and operating ML and Generative AI solutions, including chatbots and agentic workflows.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end AI initiatives from problem framing and model selection to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement LLM-based solutions, including conversational assistants and agentic workflows.
• Define and lead Accor’s AI architecture, ensuring scalability, flexibility and alignment with emerging technologies.
• Establish and promote best practices in prompt engineering, model evaluation, MLOps and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Data, Platform and Product teams to industrialize AI solutions that are reliable, scalable and observable.

• Drive technology watch activities and lead POCs to evaluate new models, tools and frameworks.

Reporting to the SVP of Data Science & AI, you will join a team at the heart of the Accor Group’s transformation through data and artificial intelligence.

Within the Data department, the Data Science & AI vertical aims to define and implement the Group’s AI vision, to scale up the use of ML, GenAI and Agentic AI, and to maximise the business impact of these technologies on the customer experience, hotel operations and internal teams.

As a senior technical leader, you will drive the design, development and deployment of machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI solutions, as well as LLM-based platforms, enabling high-impact business capabilities and services.

Your Mission

• Collaborate closely with Data, Platform and Product teams to industrialize AI solutions that are reliable, scalable, performant and effectively monitored.
• Mentor and support the broader Data & Engineering community on AI architectures, reusable components and software engineering best practices.
• Drive technology watch activities and lead POCs to evaluate new models, tools and frameworks.

Qualifications

And you?

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including several years working with deep learning, generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven track record of designing, deploying and operating Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions, including chatbots, content generation platforms and agentic workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain GenAI concepts, limitations and risks to non-technical audiences and influence strategic decision-making.
• Hands-on expertise in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks and technologies, including PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph and related ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Proven experience with cloud-based MLOps and LLMOps practices (AWS, MLflow, CI/CD, etc.), including LLM evaluation, observability and large-scale monitoring of quality, latency and cost.
• Experience within hospitality, travel, retail, or large-scale B2C/B2B environments would be a strong advantage.
