What You’ll Do :
  • Co‑lead and deliver executive assessments for senior leadership roles.
  • Conduct structured interviews and interpret psychometric data.
  • Collaborate on scoring, insights, and reporting for succession planning.
  • Produce high‑quality, client‑ready reports and proposals.
  • Work virtually across EMEA, with occasional in‑person engagements.
What You Bring :
  • A background in organisational psychology or a related discipline.
  • Hands‑on experience with psychometric tools and executive assessments.
  • Confidence in delivering feedback and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong consulting skills—client interaction, proposal writing, and strategic reporting.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)—our working language across all projects.
