You will transform complex network challenges into AI-driven solutions, ownership from data prep to production integration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international setting.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field, 5+ years in AI/ML, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS/EE/Data Science/AI or closely related field.
• At least 5 years of AI/ML experience in an industrial R&D environment.
• Excellent English and French communication; collaborative team player.

Responsabilités

• Generate and assess new AI/ML concepts for fiber test and measurement.
• Design, build, and validate AI/ML models; write the code.
• Own end-to-end AI/ML and signal processing pipeline from data collection to MVPs.
• Collaborate with international teams to shape optical network intelligence.
