Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives for a multinational client in Telecom & Fintech. You will drive roadmaps, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with data engineers, ML engineers, and designers to achieve measurable business impact.

Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. You will work with executives to ensure adoption, governance, and ROI while navigating multi-country projects and remote opportunities from Madagascar, Egypt,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/product management including 5+ years delivering AI/ML projects.
• Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps.
• Experience in Telco and/or Fintech industries (fraud detection, risk scoring, digital banking, telecom analytics).
• PM certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum).
• Proven ability to lead multi-country projects and manage stakeholders at C-level.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional AI/ML teams.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business impact.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML projects end-to-end, from concept through production.
