Chumash Enterprises is seeking a server responsible for taking guest orders and delivering exceptional service at 3400 Highway 246. You will greet guests, take orders, serve promptly, handle transactions, and maintain beverage service standards.

The role requires a 21+ age to serve distilled spirits, RBS/ABC certifications within 30 days, Serv Safe and Food Handlers within 30 days, and prior fine-dining serving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ to serve distilled spirits; 18+ may serve beer/wine in non-gaming areas.
• Must complete RBS training and ABC Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days.
• Must complete Serv Safe and Food Handlers within 30 days.
• Experience in fine dining serving with alcohol preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks; wine pairing a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft apps and email.

Responsabilités

• Delivers exceptional guest service with friendly, professional demeanor.
• Takes and serves food and beverage orders promptly.
• Handles cash, credit cards, and receipts; follows loyalty program guidelines.
• Ensures guests of legal drinking age for alcohol service.
• Maintains knowledge of resort amenities and promotions to upsell guest experience.
• Performs opening, running, and closing cashier duties and end-of-shift cash handling.
