Job summary

Flowserve Pompes SAS in Arnage seeks a Precision Assembler responsible for the preparation of assemblies, documentation, and testing, plus disassembly, cleaning and reassembly during repairs.

You will read blueprints, use micrometers, verniers, CMM, and other tools, follow safety procedures, and contribute to on-time delivery and quality workmanship.

Overtime and weekend availability may be required; HS Diploma or equivalent with 0–2 years experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 0–2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Awareness of safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions and work orders, performing testing when required.
• Demonstrates an advanced understanding of inspection equipment and ensures parts meet specifications.
• Ensure all parts are clean before assembly and that assemblies follow procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Operate micrometers, verniers and CMM in warehouse environments, plus hand tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues; maintain attention to detail.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents; write routine reports.
