The School Project is hiring English-speaking teachers for its new bilingual preschools in Paris. You will teach multi-level classes of 2 to 5 year-olds with a French-speaking teacher, aligning with the school project and national curriculum. You’ll work closely with the teaching team to plan, assess, and share learning objectives with families and peers.

Role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability across countries, and development of an innovative preschool model within a dynamic network.

École M is a network of 9 bilingual and innovative preschools in Paris, built around 5 pedagogical pillars: personalised teaching, active learning, socio-emotional development, family-school relationships and bilingualism.

As part of the development of our École M network, we are hiring all year long and opening two schools in Paris intra-muros for the start of the 2026 school year, and are recruiting two English‑speaking teachers.

You will teach in a multi‑level class with children aged 2 to 5 years old alongside a French‑speaking teacher.

You will be responsible for preparing and developing the work plan for your class, in accordance with the school project, the pedagogical project and the national curriculum. You will work closely with the other members of the teaching team.

You will determine the academic and socio‑emotional learning objectives for each child, and establish an individualized work plan to achieve these objectives.

You will share learning objectives, assessment tools and results with colleagues, families and students.

You will contribute to building a strong and positive relationship with students, families and other members of the teaching team and the school.

You will contribute to the development of the school through your passion for teaching, your open‑mindness and your interpersonal skills.

You will collaborate with researchers, designers, developers and other educators to develop a new and innovative pre‑school model.
