Prada Group in Paris is seeking a warehouse/stock professional to manage daily goods receipt, merchandise presentation, and safe handling in a luxury retail environment. You will support the Store and Sales Staff to maximize sales while maintaining strict corporate procedures.

The role requires solid experience in a similar warehouse/stock position, with a preference for candidates from the luxury retail sector who are highly responsible and capable of working both in a team and alone.

• Solid experience in a similar warehouse/stock role.
• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility; able to work both in a team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise following corporate procedures; prepare items for sales floors or special areas.
• Ensure product safety in the warehouse during handling.
• Track product flow through SAP system.
• Maintain warehouse order according to Corporate standards.
• Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per guidelines.
• Provide packaging materials according to store needs.

Job Purpose

To be responsible for managing the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations. To support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities regarding the warehouse and the Store. To deal with sales and therefore support the Sales Staff in order to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure to properly manage the daily goods receipt, to arrange the merchandise following the Corporate procedures, checking and preparing the product to be taken on the sales floor and/or special areas.
• Ensure the safety of the products and the valuable material in the warehouse during the whole handling process.
• Assure the right product flow tracking through SAP system.
• Always maintain order in the warehouse, according to the Corporate standards.
• Guarantee the returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following the corporate guidelines and deadlines.
• Provide the orders of packaging material according to the store needs.

Knowledge And Skills

Previous solid working experience in a similar role. Experience ideally in the Retail luxury sector. High affinity for luxury products. High sense of responsibility. Being able to work in team as well as alone.
