Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking a seasoned Power Platform & AI lead in France to design, develop, and maintain low-code solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the broader Power Platform. You will build AI agents, integrate with Microsoft 365, and mentor developers to drive scalable automation across business processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure governance and security, and deliver training and reusable templates to accelerate adoption within an Agile delivery

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Experience creating AI-enabled conversational agents, virtual assistants and automated business processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse).
• Experience integrating solutions via REST APIs, connectors, and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
• Build conversational AI agents and workflow automation to improve business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable low-code solutions.
• Mentor novice business developers in adopting Power Platform capabilities.
• Provide guidance on design, governance, security, and platform usage standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows and Copilot solutions.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365 and external systems via APIs.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across solutions.
• Conduct user training, demonstrations, and workshops to drive adoption.
• Prepare documentation and reusable templates; support deployments and ongoing administration.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting and coaching developers and business users.
