SoftwareOne seeks a Copilot Studio, Agents & Power Platform Specialist to design, deliver, and promote intelligent agentic AI and automation across customers and internal functions. You will leverage Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-assisted tools to solve complex business challenges and scale solutions while ensuring governance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions in enterprise production environments.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate (cloud and desktop/RPA), Power Apps, Dataverse, and M365 Copilot extensibility.
• Hands-on designing and deploying agentic AI solutions, including conversational agents and orchestration.
• Solid governance, security, compliance, data protection, and cost management knowledge across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable low-code and AI-powered solutions, advising on architecture.
• Strong consulting and communication skills, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, training, enablement.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development practices.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions for enterprise use.
• Architect scalable agentic AI solutions leveraging knowledge, connectors, orchestration, and Copilot extensibility.
• Analyze processes and deliver automation with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse; integrate SAP and other systems.
• Lead AI projects from PoC to enterprise deployment; drive adoption and measure ROI.
• Define governance, security, and compliance standards for Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Monitor and forecast solution consumption and costs for large-scale deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training and enablement.

As our new Copilot Studio, Agents & Power Platform Specialist, you will drive the design, delivery, and adoption of intelligent agentic AI and automation solutions across our customers and business functions. You will leverage Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-assisted development tools to solve complex business challenges and optimize processes at scale. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will ensure solutions are secure, governed, cost-efficient, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent Copilot Studio agents and Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions that solve real business challenges, from knowledge and support agents to process automation
• Architect scalable, enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions by leveraging organizational knowledge, connectors, orchestration capabilities, and Copilot extensibility
• Analyze business processes and deliver automation solutions using Power Automate , Power Apps , and Dataverse , including SAP and other business system integration s
• Lead AI and automation initiatives from proof of concept through enterprise-wide deployment, driving adoption, measuring ROI, and optimizing business outcomes
• Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards for Copilot Studio, agents, and Power Platform solutions, including data protection and publishing controls
• Manage solution consumption and costs across Copilot Studio and Azure, providing monitoring, optimization, and forecasting for large-scale deployments
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, advise on architecture and scalability, and deliver training and enablement for both business and technical audiences

Job Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions in enterprise production environments
• Strong expertise in Power Automate (cloud and desktop/RPA), Power Apps, Dataverse , and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions , including conversational agents, knowledge grounding, and orchestration
• Solid understanding of governance, security, compliance, data protection, and cost management across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable low-code, no-code, and AI-powered solutions , while advising stakeholders on architecture and adoption
• Strong consulting and communication skills, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, training, and enablement
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development practices
