Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Poultry business plan and annual budget.
• Define the 3- to 5-year vision for the Poultry business with the Ceva-Laprovet Director.
• Provide technical and marketing support to local teams and country operations managers.
• Analyze market data and generate insights to guide strategy.
• Identify and develop new growth drivers: countries, customers, products.
