Yourmissions :

We are looking for a Poultry Territory Manager to support our growth and strengthen our presence with key stakeholders across the poultry industry.

Do you have a strong understanding of the poultry sector and its health, economic, and technical challenges? Do you enjoy working in the field, building lasting relationships, and supporting customers in their projects? This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise, business development, and close collaboration with key players across the poultry value chain.

As a Ceva ambassador within your territory, you will drive business growth with veterinarians, production organizations, technical managers, and other strategic industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Your Territory :

• Deploy the commercial strategy across your assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth and increase market share for the Poultry product range.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the poultry industry.

Provide Technical Expertise

• Promote and support Ceva’s poultry health solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of vaccination and disease prevention programs on farms.
• Provide training and technical advice to industry stakeholders.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.

Expand Your Network

• Collaborate with veterinarians, cooperatives, production organizations, and industry decision-makers.
• Participate in industry events and strengthen Ceva’s visibility in the market.
• Work closely with internal teams to contribute to collective success.

Yourprofile :

You are passionate about the poultry industry and would like to join a leading player in animal health.

Your background is ideally in one of the following areas:

• Poultry production organizations or cooperatives.
• Animal health.
• Animal nutrition.
• Technical or technical sales roles within the livestock industry.

Ideally, you will also bring:

• Strong knowledge of poultry production systems.
• Field experience and a proven track record in business development.
• The ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from technicians to senior leaders.
• Knowledge of vaccination programs and poultry health challenges.
