CNRS in France is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to join the MuSyC project, focusing on protein/oligonucleotide bioconjugation and DEL-based screening. You will set up and optimize chemistry platforms, manage projects, and contribute to publications and technology transfer. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary scientists is essential.

The role offers occasional remote work, opportunities to mentor, and a dynamic lab environment within the CBST unit at Illkirch-Strasbourg campus.

Qualifications

PhD in organic chemistry (synthetic chemistry, chemobiology).
Experience with DNA-encoded libraries and biomolecular chemistry.
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Responsabilités

Develop a DNA-encoded library (DEL): select DNA sequences, develop coupling reactions, manage stocks.
Implement DEL by preparing reagents, optimising selection, amplification, decoding, and validating reproducibility.
Draft experimental protocols and detailed reports; present results and contribute to publications.
Collaborate with academic/industrial partners; participate in design of chemical libraries and risk analysis.
