Job summary

Servier seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher to drive innovation in hit discovery by leveraging modern lead-finding approaches and AI. The role focuses on developing automated DEL analysis workflows, training AI models, and virtually screening ultra-large chemical libraries to identify novel entry points for drug discovery programs.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemoinformatics, Computational Chemistry, Data Science, or closely related field.
• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Experience with RDKit and DNA-encoded library (DEL) informatics.
• Experience with ML and DL frameworks.
• Experience with GitHub and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Development: build automated computational workflows for DEL data analysis.
• Database Management: organize DEL screening data and ensure data quality for AI use.
• AI Model Training: design, train, and optimize ML/DL models on DEL datasets.
• Ultra-Large Library Screening: apply AI to virtually screen billions of compounds.
• Cheminformatic Analysis: perform SAR analyses to guide hit-to-lead processes.
• Data Stewardship: curate DEL results and support FAIR data principles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with multidisciplinary teams across R&D.
