Eurecom in Grenoble is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to lead the development of innovative AI methods for neurovascular imaging within the ERC-funded CARAVEL project. The role involves significant collaborative efforts with PhD students and clinical partners to drive research outcomes and develop state-of-the-art models. Candidates should possess a PhD in a relevant field and demonstrate strong skills in machine learning, programming, and communication. The position offers a fixed-term contract for 2 years, potentially extendable by 1 year.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong research track record in machine learning and/or AI.
• Solid experience in developing and implementing deep learning methods.
• Strong programming skills, especially in Python and PyTorch.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of AI and machine learning methods for brain vascular network analysis.
• Collaborate with PhD students and supervise methodological developments.
• Work with clinical partners to ensure relevance of methods developed.
• Disseminate research outcomes through publications and software development.
